Interesting that this "law firm" shares the same exact address of a different "law firm" who also stole my money and promised a cancellation of my timeshare. MARCI HORTON OF HORTON LAW FIRM -- COMPLETE RUNAROUND. After 9+ months of avoiding phone calls and emails, repeated requests from me for the same info, and basically doing NOTHING except telling me "we're working on it", "waiting to hear from Hilton", my FULLY PAID OFF timeshare in the amount of $30,000 went into foreclosure. I could have saved the $3,000 it cost me to hire them and had the same result! THEY DID NOTHING TO ASSIST, and repeated requests for a refund - since they did nothing - have also gone unanswered. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!

I contacted this firm to inquire about their areas of expertise. I exchanged a few emails with one of the partners but he then just disappeared, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional. I'm so glad I saw all of these negative reviews before formally engaging this firm. I would be wary.

I paid them $12000 to cancel my time share with a guaranteed refund if they couldn’t cancel my timeshare. They never did anything to cancel then closed my account. They also wouldn’t refund my money. They are worse than the scammer timeshare liars. Beware they are SCAMMERS.

We have just had a wonderful result, Montgomery and Newcomb got us out of our time share in just a few months. They were fabulous. There were retained by a "get out of your time share" company that had nothing to show for 2 years of supposed efforts that went nowhere, but within a few months working with Montgomery & Newcomb, they got the time share company to agree to terminate the time share with a small additional final payment that we were happy to provide for the benefit it would bring, and yesterday we received the final document from the time share saying we were no longer its owners. They were professional throughout, contacted us in timely fashion at each step, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get out of a time share. No need to go through a secondary marketing company as we did--had we known of them at the get go, we would have saved years and likely money.by going straight to them.

They were supposed to get us out of our Timeshare with Bluegreen, but they just took our money. The deal they got us was paying Bluegreen more money to get rid of the timeshare. When we wouldn't take the deal they wouldn't even return our calls. Very disappointing. Never trust them!!! Should be a law that would help people from getting scanned not only by timeshare companies but also lawyers that take your money!!!

Pretty pitiful service. Maybe it's me, but I expect to get a result similar to what was promised on the front end. They offer services that they can't back up.

My wife and were told four years ago that they could get us out of a timeshare. We paid upfront for the service, and we just received a letter from Montgomery & Newcomb stating they can settle our case if we pay an additional $28,661.08.

Beware, they do not answer their phone, and you cannot get them to respond if you leave a message.

They robbed me of $7600. They don't do one thing to accomplish what they are paid to do. Don't trust them with your hard earned money. You will never see again or get your timeshare cancelled.

I would like to give them minus stars but that was not an option. We hired them in 2020 to get us out of our timeshare with BlueGreen. We paid them thousands of dollars and then they ghosted us. I have read the reviews and those that have been filed with the BBB. Sadly, it’s the same story over and over. They took money from people and then refused to give any answers. They are frauds and should be held accountable in a court of law.
