Amazing pub next to the Hampton Inn. I visited three times while on a business trip. The staff are knowledgeable about beer and food menus. The food is delicious. The first day, I had the Darcey burger with fries with and old-fashioned. Day two, I went for the more traditional Bangers and Mash with a next beer chosen by the bartender. Day three was the Buffalo wings and Parmesan garlic wings. The curry French fries stile the show. The menu is loaded, you can't miss.

Everything is awesome! Great Reuben sandwich great salad! Great entertainment from Bunny Blake - she blew me away! I was on a business trip staying at the hotel and just walked next-door thinking I’ll just get a quick beer and wait to eat late at night and it literally made my week! The whole experience was great! It was 72° out so they opened the wall up and I truly enjoyed myself. Thank you so much folks!

I set out from my hotel in search of a dinner spot and stumbled upon Darcy’s Pub.

At Darcy’s, they pour a proper pint of Guinness, perfectly balanced and creamy. Scanning the menu, I knew exactly what to pair with my Guinness: Bangers and Mash.

The bangers were delicious, even if they started from frozen, and the mash was a comforting delight. The star of the dish was undoubtedly the gravy, which was rich and flavorful. I initially thought I might need more, but was pleasantly surprised to find a generous portion hidden beneath the mash.

For dessert, I opted for the cheesecake. Though not a traditional New York style, it complemented my second pint of Guinness beautifully.

Darcy’s Pub has an inviting atmosphere and a great vibe. If I were to move to Denver, I’d seriously consider living in the Tech area just to make Darcy’s a regular haunt.

Okay, this is an Irish Pub, so there are certain menu items you should try that represent the British Isles, however I decided on the steak. Very good, perfectly prepared. Enjoyed an evening with work colleagues and a couple of beers.

My favorite pub in Denver hands down. Me and my Da and Ma come here and we know the people who work here. All are wonderful hosts and the cooks know how to make a delicious English curry and the Bangers and Mash are to die for and have it with Guinness; but sadly they don't serve the Guinness Stew anymore...sad times me friends, sad times.

Darcy’s Bistro & Pub was amazing. It was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Food was excellent, and came to us in a very reasonable time - the Irish Nachos are delicious! Our server was professional and provided excellent service to us. Cozy atmosphere. A five star pub!
