Very poor and unprofessional employees.
No class , lazy and uneducated employees .
The Tobacco and cigarettes department is the worse office in entire country .
The permits are not getting done you call to check in to your permit which was mailed March 7th the check was cashed by them on March 10th and we still as of May 15th don’t have our permit .they need to kick that unprofessional manager for that department to a desert he is an animal hanging up on tax payers and small business owners and not doing his job πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

I would give zero stars but I had to give to rate. They lost my sales tax check that was posted by them and can't receive email only a fax. Who has faxes anymore that's why screenshot is the future. So now I have to hunt down a fax machine to send them information they lost. Not feeling confident. Ps your customer service is less then redeeming
