I am not one to write reviews whether good or bad. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with Faris Graphics in hopes that someone else can avoid such a horrible experience. I requested, what I feel was a pretty simple decal to be installed on my business front. May I note, it took days to even get a response. The phone number that is literally on the Faris Graphic store front, is not a working number. The number listed on google is also out of order. I had to physically go to their shop to try and receive any kind of service, multiple times, because it was consistently closed during daytime hours. Vickie finally gave me an email address and phone number to text. I sent over my business logo, hours etc. Again, days went by before hearing anything. Bobby showed up to install. This man laughed in my face when I asked if he was going to simply clean the window first before applying the decal. Personally, I’d like to avoid dirt and dust particles that will cause bubbles upon application. Bobby told me he did not have his window cleaning “stuff”. I took it upon myself, even after paying upfront for this service, to clean my own business front windows. Bobby then installed the decal that was embarrassingly crooked! Bobby never checked in to see if we were happy with the install. He just left. I again spent days trying to contact Faris Graphics to inform them their job was subpar. Bobby came down about a week later, took the old decal off, just to replace it with another crooked one!! This isn’t rocket science- use a level. Which leads me to my next encounter with Faris Graphics. I called again, correction, I had to text because their number is out of service. I explained the second install is absolutely worse than the first. Bobby came down again, threw the peeled off mistake onto my office manager’s desk stating “this is what you get for giving me a level that Christopher Columbus used”. Well, Bobby, maybe if you used a level to begin with, we wouldn’t have this problem. So, here we go again. I text Vickie to explain the decal is still crooked and the insults we received during this process were not appreciated. Vickie came down the next morning- before my opening business hours- unbeknownst to me, and for the third time replaced the decal. Never asked if we approved. Bet you can guess- crooked again! After this entire fiasco I was fed up. I asked what the cost of printing out the decal would be and I would install it myself! I was given a quote- again after paying in full upfront for the initial job they miserably failed to accomplish. Ultimately, I decided to go elsewhere but asked about what font was used so it could be matched. I have reached out to Vickie several times simply request the font- radio silence. She won’t even tell me what font was used. Terrible service.

I give this review because there were multiple opportunities for them to redeem themselves, but they chose to ignore my concerns, they ignored my input, and insulted/ignored my staff and I in the process.

If you’re looking for signage, decals, logos. Please, save your time, money, and frustration and steer clear of Faris Graphics!
