If i were able to not leave a star i would . When trying to connect services we took the renting contract & were told we couldn’t connect light because we owed , my ex husband got another writen letter under only his name. Now that my ex husband is no longer here & i gave my last payment from what i owed , they decide to charge me $900 . & i asked why i was charged if i didn’t sign a contract nor anything to them & nothing was under my name. Their respond “ oh from your renting contract” i contract that they wouldnt even accept in the first place. But no that they need to charge someone, now its valid . Ridiculous,

I did take a survey after a call but there was no chance to rate the representative. His name is José. It seems like every time I call he is the one I speak to and he is very polite answers every question and solves my problem quickly and efficiently and is so polite. We should be able to privately review the representative. Thank you 😊

Why is PUB charging a $2.50 service fee? I pay my bills online or electronic phone calls. No other Company charges an additional fee!

I'm with everyone else! If I could leave a negative star I would 100 times!!!! Also if I had a option I would definitely get another provider!!! Got a email today from them say that they will no longer take debit card online!!!!! Wth!!!! And if u use it there will be a service charge! Honestly they are trying to get money any which way they can! At this point people need to work 2 jobs to afford the ridiculous sky high bill every month...where does it end

Way too expensive , I only have a 2 bedroom and paying 270. and sometimes 370 , horrible, they are taking advantage because this company doesn’t have competition, mry niece was only paying 100. for a 2 bedroom in Houston, over there you can chose your company, here you get stuck with a high bill way too high and now thwy are charging $6 something to pay your bill thru the phone with a credit card

Worst COMPANY ive ever had in my 24 years of life !! Im having to pay $700 dollars for what ? Its just me and my husband . We NEVER have the lights on during the day , ONLY at night but even at that we minimize how much light we use due to PUB being known to be corrupted and all about the money ! The community needs to ALL come together and stop this BS ! Or start a peitition ! Yall are lucky i even gave yall a star .

Brownsville PUB bad services for trash garbage because they don’t help me for replacement it. They are take 5 to 10 days as waste time for replacement trash garbage. Customer services are bad roles for no doing help it. Thanks for neglected.

Mediocre company that is good at collecting payments but not ensuring it's customers have the appropriate and stable utilities. Then again, it's role model is a city that thrives on the same corrupt officials who are public face but nothing for it's actual struggling citizens...... talk about a Monopoly, complain the BBB and your congressman/ senators.
