The ladies are rude and disrespectful. They tried to say I didn't shut down service at the old place I only started service at the new place. I asked to listen to the phone call and it clearly said transfer service. So they had to take off the $300 bill.

They hang up on you when you call (on purpose) they over charge you (watch your usage and your bill) and they are generally disagreeable. The city needs to fire everyone in this department and start fresh.
Ridiculously bad rates and service.
It's no surprise their ratings are so low on here.

Unbelievably high bills. I run my irrigation (.25 acres) 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I have well over a 200/month bill. No leaks just ridiculous rates.

Thank goodness that utility companies have a monopoly on its forced customers.

After paying balance in full they still came out and disconnected services because it wasn’t paid “quickly enough “ even showed confirmation of payment to the gentleman shutting down the service. He was only doing his job. They are greedy and will not accommodate the people who pay their salaries Very dishonest people. If they can slap a fee of any kind on you they will. I wouldn’t even rate them but I had to choose one star.
