My favorite branch of the WPL and one I've been going to for at least 43 years. Staff is always super-cool and very helpful. Looking forward to when they go back to the REAL location and out of that broom closet.

There are some negative reviews that I would like to address. I personally have never had any kind of negative interaction with any of the workers at the Westlink library. Not being too adept at using the library and all their services, I have occasionally needed help, and even when the help was easy, I was always provided directions with a smile. That's just the norm there. I appreciate that.

Love this branch! The people who work there are helpful and kind. I frequently use the libraries option to place holds on books or media I want, a quarter per item if picked up on time. I just used their curbside pickup and other than the phone being busy for an extended period it went very well. So happy they are open again!

I got my library card today. The woman that helped me set it up was so helpful and friendly. I called back with a question about my PIN number and she answered my question then too. The whole process was very fast and easy! Thank you.

I haven't been inside a library for 20 years.
You still need to be respectful and quiet.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
They offer workshops in technology and arts & crafts (to mention just two)...all completely free!

With everything being digital in our world it's nice to touch a book, to smell a book.

Friendly and helpful staff. Old building, but great location to go pick up requests from the great Wichita library system. Also great children's programs and story time. I miss the parking lot trees, though.
