We recently used Heritage to print several large pieces for a trade show my colleagues and I were attending. We had a pretty large order (2 10ft fabric towers, 13 pop-up banners, and 2 interlocking towers) but Heritage made the process absolutely seamless. I cannot speak highly enough of the Heritage team. We have worked with them several times and they are always professional and timely and are very good communicators. James Z, in particular, made our order process stress-free and I cannot thank him enough! He was quick to respond to any questions I had and he ensured that our order was printed and delivered on time (even though I was personally behind schedule on getting designs to them!). The first time we worked with them we worked with Jerry Hyatt. He was great to work with - very organized and professional. Jerry helped us to get what we were wanting and assisted with any questions or concerns. He also worked with us on a short timeline in order to get our wall decal up in time for an Open House.

This second and more recent time, we did a bigger order at two locations. We worked with Jeff Huckstead. Jeff made sure we were happy with the results and was very pleasant to work with. There was even a minor issue that he came back and fixed the very next day.
