My friends and I were very appreciative of the way Annette, a maintenance and security employee at the Zabriskie library branch, took care of us. She helped us find a comfortable place to stay, directed us when we needed help to find things, and even kindly showed us where we could find free books. As a special education teacher at a school with limited resources, I was very happy to find several books that would help my students access ELA, Science, and Social Studies. These resources will not only benefit my students but save me 10-20 hours of planning. My friends and I were very impressed with Annette's help and they found resources to help them with job training and finding work based on personality. We are all very appreciative.

We attended the Passport Adventures this summer in the JC The Heights Library and me and my kids love it! We learned a lot about different countries, culture, food and history. My kids always look forward to going each week. Now they love reading about different places and learning more about it. There's also other interesting activities every week for kids and adults. Special thanks to Ms Mary and Ms Alex for such an engaging, fun and educational activities❤️🙏

Everyone who works at the library is helpful and polite. My only complaint is about the noise in the lower level coming from the conference room due to someone speaking very loudly on the phone. The conversations can be heard clearly outside the room as well where people are working and it is distracting. It would be helpful if the staff could encourage quieter phone calls or designate a more isolated area for them, as it can disrupt the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

The librarians try to stop working "close to closing." When I needed to sign up for a library card, they gave me a hard time because they were closing in a half hour! Multiple times they've resisted letting me return a book 10 minutes before closing.

And once they closed the ramp at least 15 minutes early. I had a stroller so this was inconvenient, but the library closes earlier for handicapped people?

Friendly service, printer and copiers available. Internet kiosks also available, good amount of books for kids, even if it’s unavailable in this library then they help to find and reserve it for you. Lot of activities for kids in summer holidays. Difficult to find parking. Only street parking available

Jersey City Heights Public Library. It's located behind The Bank of America and on Zabriski Street. They have very good and friendly staff specifically after the pandemic they improved the service. They have good activities for whole year. Keep checking their website for details.

The library staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable and efficient. Their dedication to assisting patrons added a positive touch to my visit.
