I just started working downtown and I paced this public space i thought it was really cool. I had a bit more time on my lunch break and wanted to use the bathroom there instead of holding it until I return to work. The front dress lady told me after I ask to use the restroom. They don’t let the public us the restrooms. And I was really confused because it says Public Space

Hello-
So grateful this space is finally Open!!
However, if you want to work here,
Or, try to read...Bring a Lantern or
a Really Big Candle...for it is lighted
Quite dimly.
The heat goes off after 9:00 or 7:00,
as depends on the timer for the
Central system from the residential bldg. the space inhabits.
The restaurant, "Sugar", is kind and generously allows Restroom access
to the people who use the Public area. They make treats like Gigantor👄❣️
Banana Splits. Built for at least six
people; with a massive case of the 'Mynchies', two...
Drinkies for two or more- make you
Dream of being in New Orleans, your personal Mardi Gras!!!

Nice public space to hang out. No obligation to buy anything. Comfortable seating with drinks available. Lovely high ceilings.
