Attendendant was just plain rude. I don't expect much, but to be charged $90 when the sign clearly states otherwise and then to get zero customer service, it's insulting. I thought about calling Cathy at the Complaint Management System but figured that would get me nowhere. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Municipal Lot. It's just down the street. I actually got a smile there.

Spent $400 to stay here for three days, which is outrageous on its own… And then my claim ticket either got thrown away by a friend or housekeeping in my hotel. They charged me an extra $20 for no reason other than I didn't have a tiny piece of paper, even though I could prove the car was mine. In fact the previous day I had to get my coat out of the car and it was no problem to tell them my name, the date I checked in, and my license plate number. They said I would just need my ID to get it the following day. but they refused to give me my car until I coughed up $20. Exploitation is the only word for it.

Stayed at the Ludlow Hotel this past weekend and was VERY hesitant about using this garage due to the reviews. I’m here to say that the reviews steered me wrong lol

First off, if you’re leaving your car ANYWHERE why would you leave anything valuable to you in it Be sure to remove all valuables because you just never know. They also LET YOU KNOW to remove all valuables out of the car.

They were quick and straight to the point about the 24 hour parking, it’s $90 and if you stay in the hotel it’s a 20% discount.

I picked up my car every 24 hours and no damages were done so I recommend this garage.

Valet vs. Public Parking in Public hotel.
We quickly learned valet parking with the public hotel hotel was $65 per night so that parking option was a big No for us.

Between our struggle car and sticker-shock facial expressions, it was clear we were not public hotel usual clientele. Instead of making us feel like broke posers though, the valet gladly recommended this parking garage. We paid $20 for 24 hours. Instead the valet from the hotel which is $65 .

We left our car parked out front to check in quickly and received tips for dinner and drinks nearby. Street parking wasn’t really an option in the area, and we would be there for less than 36 hours. The above Parking garage was the best option.

Posted rate was $60 plus tax. We drove in and were told if we wanted to leave at 5am it would be $120. So don't trust the public rates.
