We arrived, for what we thought would be an earlier dinner, at 430p. We were told there were only counter seats left. There were a few high tops that were not occupied for the duration of our stay of about an hour, but we were directed to the window counter. There is no service at the window so we waited for drinks at the bar. However, the bar was practically full so there really wasn’t an area to place drink orders. After a bit we placed an order for two of the Holiday drinks. It was not plausible to attempt to order any food without service so we finished our drinks and left. The drinks were tasty and in themed glasses. We had wanted to try this place for some time but oddly the experience was not enjoyable. Tables remained opened and no options to place orders for food, or even to get a second drink, just wasn’t working. The place was decorated in lovely Christmas decor and extremely festive. Too bad the service was not able to match the decorations! Cheers!

We loved the pop up at Cowans. The choices were great. The staff was friendly. We had a very nice time. The drinks were fun. Be careful that you check for sweetness level as they can be quite sweet!!

Lovely place !!! Great atmosphere and really great drinks !I had the rabbit tail(bright orange ) and the guava flavored cocktail and both of them were great but my favorite was the one with guava liquor !

Came for brunch and enjoyed it! Parking was a little difficult but we finally found a spot on the street. I ordered the omelet of the week. I was a little disappointed I couldn't order it with egg whites only, but it was still fantastic and the homefries were super crispy and delicious. My husband ordered the breakfast burger with sweet potato fries. There ended up being an upcharge for sweet potato fries which we weren't told when we were given it as an option for a side but they were fantastic and crispy. We shared the overnight oat parfait which was also delicious. It was very sweet though so I would recommend it as a dessert instead of an app. Overall brunch was super tasty and the portions were large. Our server was very friendly. The vibe was cozy. I'd definitely come back to try other foods and order the sweet potato fries again!

We recently had dinner during the seasonal *Miracle on Centre Street* pop-up. We were seated in the side room, which was pleasantly quieter than the main dining area. The festive decorations and overall atmosphere were delightful.

We started with the Mexican street corn tater tots and pretzel bites, both of which were tasty. For my main course, I had the salmon. While it began on a good note, it ended up being far too salty.

The drinks were excellent, but unfortunately, our server seemed to forget about us. Our second round of drinks was never placed, which was disappointing as we had hoped to try more. Ultimately, we decided to leave at that point.

That said, we've visited this restaurant before, outside of the seasonal pop-up, and had a much better experience.

This place has great drinks and atmosphere! The food was okay, but nothing to rave about in my opinion, had fried pickles, wings, and the lobster mac (a little odd that it had corn & asparagus in it). On Mondays they have Martini & Manhattan night, cool spot to have sip with friends. The star of my night was the espresso martini, very smooth!

we expected this to be an Irish bar based on the name, but it's actually a very sophisticated place with a creative cocktail menu and excellent mixologist

we had the nachos which were extremely delicious and very fresh.

The place wasn't busy on a Sunday late afternoon, but that's kind of nice, especially since the specialty cocktails take a bit of time to prepare.

The bar stools are not so comfortable and the place is a bit industrial

Love the seasonal decor and drinks. It gets busy and there’s usually a wait but the place is magical enough to be worth it.
Overall it’s still a bar so it gets loud here with talk and music. Still very enjoyable and the service is very friendly
