The location of this place is superb, men’s room needs some significant repairs and upgrades to become a truly 5 star worthy restroom

The most important upgrade this men’s restroom needs is improved ventilation, there is already an air shaft above the toilet stall but I’m thinking that some kind of fan should be added to improve air flow, increase sanitation, and reduce odors

The staff here is usually quite ridiculous and thuggish, I’ve been threatened on multiple occasions for attempting to have some conversations about proper public restroom management protocols

Even the managers don’t seem to be capable of any kind of above average restaurant or bathroom service, probably they have never even managed to earn the privilege of attending a high quality place to see how well things can possibly be done

I’ve made an extensive list of repairs and upgrades that I think need to be made, I will include screenshots:

So grateful for a public restroom in a big US city 🙏 bathroom had toilet paper, working sinks & soap in the dispenser. Fairly clean. I will stop by again if in the area.

Disgusting one stall bathroom, avoid it unless absolutely necessary. Even at 845am when public bathrooms are usually clean this one was a mess
