We sold and bought in Lexington with Meredith during a very high stress time because of COVID. Kitty is just AWESOME. We bought our house through her several years ago and loved working with her so much then that we recently sold the same house through her. Meredith was a godsend. We were in the position of having to buy a place in Lexington while living all the way in Seattle. She has clearly been doing this for a while. Every time we would have a call, she would bring up everything we wanted to talk about in addition to other things we didn’t even think about. It was literally like she was in our head and that only comes from caring and experience.
