UPDATED RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have been doing DTF for years and recently my machine broke so I outsource to a couple different companies. I created gang sheets to the size I would be ordering them. The gang sheet I received from this company was extremely bad quality. Writing could not be read, all images had a white outline and more to one side like the white was not aligned. I also compared the white and it is almost translucent not very opac. The other gang sheets I purchase from other companies came back great and they were done, saved, and uploaded the same way. Not sure if the software use for uploads from this company has issues but the owner tried to tell me that was the issue. The file was uploaded a certain size and resize. If that would have been the reason the images would have only been blurry. In that case why not reach out to customer and let them know so problem can be fixed instead of printing a bad unusable gang sheet just to make a quick buck at the customers expense. Resolution issues don't cause any of the other issues I mentioned. This company refused to fix the issue. This company seems to care about making a quick buck than actually providing quality prints and good customer service. Many other companies out there that will provide great customer service and great quality prints. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

UPDATE: In response to the response from company. I actually blocked them on email because she kept coming back defensive and not wanting to fix or help at all. I placed 1 order because my machine broke and I had to outsource to finish a pending order. My wife like a day later purchase for herself fall/Christmas designs she wanted for herself and they also came back horrible. She already was afraid she would also be getting same quality, (too late to cancel)as the ones I received and sure enough. All prints were unsable and we had to throw away. In no way did I do a fraudulent charge back I purchased something that was horrible and unusable, seller refused to fix or help in any way. When doing the charge back I sent all the pictures and info and I was granted the full refund because of the evidence. Also this lady the Onwer who's name is Lori, well she purposely went into my business Facebook page and made a bad review harassing and trying to slander my business. The level of childish and immaturity. She has never purchased anything from me for her to write a review for my business. If that doesn't proof how horrible this company is and how greedy they are. They sell horrible prints for a quick buck and ship out knowing they are horrible quality. They have zero values. Just because you buy a DTF machine from China does not mean you know what your doing and how to properly maintanance a machine. Most definitely should not be selling horrible products to people and than look for them on Facebook and harass their business just because they were not happy with a product they received and as the company you refuse to help or fix your wrongs!!!!

Love all her transfers! Very fast shipping. Customer service is the best! Lori has always responded to my emails and helped anyway she can. I love that she always sends you a thank you email after every order and sends you a sticker or something special in your packages, this shows me that she really appreciates her customers. If you haven't ordered from Simple Tymes, then I recommend that you give them a try!

I absolutely love Simple Tymes and the owner, Lori. I accidentally stumbled across Simple Tymes while looking for a print. I am so glad I did. Simple Tymes is my go to for screens and the only one for DTF. The owner has great customer service and genuinely cares about her customers.

SimpleTymes is absolutely amazing. They were the first screen printing company I ever tried, and still use to this day. The customer service is superior along with the quality of product. If I ever need anything Lori is quick to answer questions and gives great advice.

By far the best service I've had. Quick shipping. 100% transparent about TAT and anything going on that might effect that. Not to mention their products are top notch and they will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want!
