Worst customer service ever!! Didn't listen when I said "logistics" part of sign was too big and she would adjust it. Go to pick up signs and it's still oversized!! They then tell me we can install them. How does that fix the problem? The fact they make you prepay in full should have been a red flag, but lesson learned. And again if you had listened to what I told your designer that logistics was too large and adjusted the size not design of it. There would of been no problem, the quality of vinyl was great too bad you didn't listen to customer from the beginning thru to the end 🤦‍♂️
