Visiting Angels were such God sent service to us and my mother-in-law during her medical recovery. From the very first intake visit and throughout, there was continued communication, genuine empathy, wholehearted care and attentiveness. My mother-in-law absolutely LOVED her providers and their consistency of support for her to help increase her independence, healing and confidence again. They also gave our family a sense of peace knowing that she had additional support and encouragement when we were not available to be with her. I highly recommend Visiting Angels!! Visiting Angels went above and beyond providing the services that our family needed. All administrative staff were available promptly via phone call and text. Any additions to our family member's care plan were adjusted immediately and all caregivers were contacted quickly. Visiting Angels were able to find alternate caregivers during snowy and icy weather to ensure that our family member received the care they needed. Thorough notes were recorded by each caregiver during their shifts and our family was contacted with any new medical concerns. We are so grateful to have found Visiting Angels and would recommend their services to anyone seeking, at home, health support.

We have used the services of Visiting Angels for several years now. My mother needed transportation to a medical appointment and not only did her "angel" Mary provide this needed service, but she has made sure that mom is on time, checked in, comfortable and has her next appointment booked before she leaves. This isn't a drop off and leave sort of thing...Mary cares! That's why mom asks for Mary every time she needs transportation!!
We are grateful to have such caring people to provide this service!!

I can not fully express the gratitude our family has for this group of wonderful people!! My Mom needed assistance in her home after a fall. She wanted, more than anything, to be at home with her dog (Andy) and be independent. I live in Florida and my sister in Missouri. Knowing she had people with her that she enjoyed and trusted gave us both needed reassurance. These Angels allowed her the dignity and independence she wanted until her passing.
