Great little diner/grill on the way from Lacey to Olympia. Stopped by after a work outing. Got the fish & chips and was very pleased. Good fish, fries and cole slaw. Colleagues got the chopped salad, burger, and BLT. Everyone was quite happy.

We ordered the fish and chips and the food was fresh and delicious. She also gave me Sriracha hot sauce, which is quite rare and an American food establishment. Acoustics of the restaurant inside make private conversation quite difficult. There are extraneous sounds of various machines starting and stopping automatically. It is better to die outside on the patio if weather permits. we love the dancing that was served

Love this spot! We had fantastic service provided by Dan our waitor. I love being surrounded by windows and being in an open space. So many spots in Olympia are dark and gloomy. Not here! Love the outdoor or indoor seating. Family friendly or bring a date or the gals! Full bar and several beers on tap too. Check it out!

Chilly…ok, cold, day! We sat at the bar to eat and it was like sitting by a fireplace! Perfect! Plus, we could see all the dishes being prepared before ordering. First up, made from scratch donuts rolled all round in sugar. Man, that hit the spot-several times! Went with biscuits and gravy-great biscuits, soft inside with a bit of resistance on the outside, gravy was a bit strong on the sausage but good gravy base. Also the chicken fried steak, yes, yes, yes. Friendly staff, lots of smiles but not overdone. Check ‘em out. Can’t wait to get the humongous pretzel with pimento cheese

Pretty good restaurant. The food was definitely good and fresh. It also came out really fast! The people are friendly, the only negative was that they weren't very on top of refills for the drinks. Like, if I'm paying almost $4 for a coke or lemonade, I should have a full glass without having to ask... :/ Like, I'm already paying a lot for a sandwich as well, so I'm going to need a little extra with the refills to convince me to come back. The french fries are crispy and thick. The sandwiches come with a slice of pickle as well.

Had lunch here with a friend on 12.9.24 and it was very satisfying. Fresh n hot n reasonable prices too I thought, fast service. Great burgers!!!

My friend is older and has some cognitive challenges while also liking to chat but easily loses the thread of conversation. Making ordering kind of slow. Our waitress was SUPER patient and kind. There was no big rush to get us out after we ate and when we were leaving our waitress gave my friend a lovely warm goodbye. Totally made his day, and as his friend that made MY day. Thanks State and Central! And thank you Waitress whose name I am sorry but I cannot remember, but you had a cat Christmas sweater on.

02/28/2024: Popped in on a rainy day for a late lunch. Nice neighborhood pub. Service was prompt and nice. There were only about 5 people dining so it was pretty quiet. I love going to lunch after the rush and before dinner service.

The two of us ordered a beer, pineapple cider, wedge salad, bacon cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich. Honestly everything looked really good! Lunch was very satisfying. Really good french fries: shoestring! Large wedge salad and very fresh. Burger and chicken sandwich was as expected. Looking forward to going back especially for brunch!

We stopped my this little cute neighborhood for lunch. The waitress recommended their famous fried chicken waffle so we went ahead with her suggestion and also ordered a side of fries. Fried chicken was delicious and juicy. Gravy flavor was a bit light but great combination with the chicken. The service was great. We were happy to have our lunch here before we head back.
