I have worked with QBF for a couple of months now, and originally, I just chose them because they were local. We're a small business, and so are they. We need to look out for each other. The first time I called, I got a human being, a kind, friendly voice who was able to hear what I wanted and make helpful suggestions, so I ended up with a better end product. I have worked with a number of companies to procure materials for marketing and most of the time I am more frustrated and tired by the time I finished than when I started. QBF Graphics, Lauren and Ken in particular, in addition to their expert and talented art team are a rarity and a breath of fresh air. In an industry that would love to relegate the hard stuff to somebody else and pass you off to somebody who has no idea what they're doing, you will not be disappointed if you put your trust in them. I continue to be impressed with them and will continue to give them our business.

Initially reached out for face masks for our small family reunion. the price was not in my budget for what I saw online. But a rep contacted me with a suggestion for an affordable mask. I was able to custom order color, and wording that was in my budget. They arrived within 2 weeks and are just adorable! I am so pleased with how they turned out.
