I can't go without confessing that Scout has saved more than one of my projects. Her experience and foresight has helped ID and navigate issues before they developed into full-on, budget-breaking or project-stopping problems. We were able to nip it right in the bud and stay on-timeline and on-budget.

Design Scout recently guided our company through a major rebranding effort and we are very pleased with the result. So incredibly disappointed with this firm. All smoke and mirrors. Put up a great cutesy pitch with the owner Scout. Made us feel very comfortable and we signed up. However, after a bit of time and aside from one semi talented graphic designer, it was clearly evident that they really had no idea what they were doing. We spent so much money and the project was never completed. It was always ... we have to do this now and we need another $10,000 to move forward. Meanwhile, every deadline was missed and the communication on their part was horrid. We finally understood and terminated. Nothing meaningful was ever done after 6 months and tend of thousands of dollars. Even after that, this Scout woman had the nerve to ask for more money because she was having financial problems. I'm sharing all this so no one else gets ripped off. Buyer beware!!!!!!
