My wife and I came in for passport photos. Michael was wonderful! Because of the afternoon light and the location of the neutral background by the door, taking a satisfactory picture was challenging. Michael took several pictures and didn’t stop until we were satisfied. He even offered to do it again in the morning when the outside light would be more forgiving…for free. We watched others while we waited for the pictures and they we all helpful and patient with their customers.

I email the document I needed printed the person their was very nice and got it ready for me in minutes after I arrived. Very good service ? definitely using again?

Today I stopped by this FedEx store wanting to mail a package back to Amazon. They do not do that service so I asked where the nearest UPS store. Halie, AKA the store manager, should not be working in public service. If you can' be pleasant to the customers, stay in the back room!

Michael is amazing - this location would not function without him. He has assisted me and my husband on several occasions where he was working solo under significant pressure. I have been using the Prescott/Gail Gardner FedEx for nearly 20 years and have always had great customer service. Last night I stopped by to pick up my print job and was completely ignored by the team member. He didn't greet me & when he helped a customer that arrived after me there was no greeting. I felt like I didn't exist. I know they get very busy there, but I never was ignored like that....What a disappointment!! P.S. It wasn't Michael.

I needed a small printed sign for my business. I was fortunate enough to have Michael assisting me. He mentioned laminating as well and that’s exactly what I needed. He even added grommets so I could hang it comfortably. I couldn’t be more happy with the finish product. Ha had it done in half the time expected. Excellent job!!!

Very rude service this afternoon Dec 3rd by a young guy with a tattoo in his right arm. I believe his name is Nick. Since the moment I stepped into the store he decided he did not wanted to help me. He only needed to receive my box and print out the receipt, that was all. Instead, he sent me to a scan machine to do the self service, which honestly I was not sure how to do it and had to interrupted him to ask for help. That did not fly well and it got worse. For some reason clearly he did not want to “deal” with my box, all sealed and labeled and ready to go. Thumbs up yesterday morning Friday morning Dec 2nd when I drop off a similar box at the same office and a very nice and kind gentleman helped me with the same issue, except that his customer service was exceptional. We all have a good and bad days I get it, maybe it wasn’t Nick’s day but it kinda looked like was personal since I saw him treating very well the lady that was behind me in line.
