I represented (was not an employee) Cramer as an Independent Sales Contractor (ISC) over 20 years, during which time I generated millions of dollars in revenue for the company.

One of my clients, a Fortune 500 company, signed a new business contract worth over $2 million annually. Despite being paid on all new business I brought into the agency, I was paid no commission on this significant new business. I had always believed that Cramer operated in good faith, especially since my compensation structure had remained consistent for over 15 years.

Had I known that I would receive no compensation for bringing in this new business as an independent contractor, I would not have pursued the deal with Cramer. Unfortunately, Cramer's actions left me no choice but to take legal action, which is still ongoing.
