This is an important review for me and my business. By far, the most important i will ever write.
About 10 years ago, I was in trouble: I had to move from one Chicago neighborhood to a distant other one. And I lost 2 third of my business in the process. Ouch!
A friend recommended Jeremy.
Honestly, I didn't think he would be able to help. You see, I'm a music teacher. A private music teacher. Nobody knows about my business. All the previous publicist I had hired, that's about 5 of them, were ready to help, for sure, they just didn't know how to. Because I'm in a niche thing. They were not listening to my suggestion either, even if I had been doing this job successfully for 20 years.
So, I didn't have much faith in Jeremy.
First, we talked. On the phone.
Right away, it became clear that he was listening. As the conversation went along he suggested things that others never mentioned. Simple things, obvious things really, now that I've seen the results. I did them. I had time to do them since I had lost a good chunk of my business.
Two, three days later, Jeremy shared some articles, some material on how to approach my marketing campaign, he sent me some reading to buttress what he was taking about. I'd never seen that. He had an encyclopedia of marketing tools to choose from and was picking the ones that were applying to my situation, my weird, particular, unique situation.
Now, I have a weird business: it doesn't answer to any marketing effort the same as others.
So for 3 weeks, despite all our efforts, Jeremy and mine: nothing. No new clients.
I was losing faith rapidly, let me tell you.
But then.
But then the emails came, the phone rang, people reached out!
In about 6 weeks I had to set up a waiting list!
And the calls kept on coming!
It has been like that for the past 10 years. My business is very strong, and I went through a few crisis. But I can count on Jeremy. I know he's there for me. He'll keep me employed, he will keep me informed, he will keep me safe.
Through the years I've appreciated his expertise, his energy , his honesty and how resourceful he is.

Not only did it happen to me but when I realized you are not the same company as you lied on the phone claiming to be another branch, there was no apology forthcoming. Please clean up your act
