I have been with Mike for many years and throughout that time I have had many points of frustration with his responsiveness, returning calls, or following through with requests for policy coverage changes. I finally had to move my policies to another agent because he was supposed to follow up with a serious issue I have been having with my home and he just......didn't. No matter how many times I called leaving messages for him to call me after he received the report from the restoration group about my home, he still didn't call me. I have consistently felt that my concerns with my home or autos have been simply that -- my concerns. I expect an agent to view my concerns just as important as they are to me. From not following through with requests to change coverage on my auto policies, to not following through when asked to call about my house, I have finally decided to move my policies elsewhere.
I hope that Mike can take this review and hopefully will reevaluate his attentiveness and follow-through with his clients. Unfortunately, I doubt this because he made sure to call me right away after he saw I changed agents. Too bad he couldn't have called me back from my many messages and calls over the last couple of days. That is truly concerning. He also didn't seem to care what the reasons were that I switched. No sorry and absolutely zero humility for dropping the ball multiple times.
I am positive I have made the right decision to switch. Based upon his attitude on the phone with me just now, I obviously should have done it a long time ago.
I can't recommend this agent.
