Very professional and helpful people. They came up with a logo for my business and then printed several items for me as well as embroided a dozen hats. They were also able to make decals for my multiple pieces of equipment. Will definitely do more business with them for sure.

WOW.
I was given a last minute task of getting multiple merch items for our new employee before I left for a week. I asked Embroid This If there was any chance they’d be able to do it by Friday, (less than 48 hours) and they went above and beyond on it. Quick proof, easy communication, and simple pickup process. All of our merch looks GREAT. They officially made us a repeat customer!

Bought a hoodie with added print, was charged $42. Bought a zip up hoodie some where else took in to have same print added with an additional 5 small letters they charged me $41. When I questioned why it was so much because I provided my own garment, they said it was because of the additional five letters that I asked to be added . The owner said he could provide me with other places where I could go. Also I bought 3 t-shirts with print. They all shrunk one size. Washed in cold water, medium heat dry. Bad customer service and bad quality shirts. Would not recommend this company.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend them to anyone! They have No loyalty to long term customers and zero customer service! I have 3 different companies that I have screen print and embroidered jackets, hats, tshirts and sweathshirts for. Most of which we buy from them, but we occasionally buy Columbia jackets, very expensive winter jackets, and we take them in to have the logo embroidered on the back. My logo is huge, so very expensive to have done on the back. A few years ago, I took a bunch of these jackets into the store and we picked embroidery color. Grey on all the dark colored jackets and black on the 1 grey jacket. I stood there at the counter and watched the owner take the order and write the stitching color down for each different jacket. Total investment of jacket and embroidery well over $300 each! When we picked up the jackets the grey jacket had the same grey stitching as the dark jackets! When questioned no mistake was admitted but the owner said he would give me "a discount" on my next order! Nothing about not paying for this one, or making it right. The discount was never given. A few weeks ago I asked for a Quote on emboidery vs. Screen print for a very large tshirt and sweatshirt order. The person at the counter was extremely confused on which logo I wanted. She said, when I send the quote, check the logo to make sure its right. I recieved an email and looked at it on my phone. It showed the logo and under an "approve" button. So i approved the logo. Never recieved a quote on any tshirts. So I went to the store and was told that the order was in process. I said I did not place an order, I approved a logo. The women at the counter probably remembered the discussion and did go into the system to place the correct order which I paid for right then, and cancel the incorrect one that included both embroidery and screen print sweatshirts, but no tshirts. I was emailed that my order was complete, BOTH of them. She never cancelled the order that was supposed to be a quote. I talked to owner, he was extremely rude, but never asked for payment and said he would throw the mistakes away. I went in today to get more jackets done and was told by the same women who made the mistake in the incorrect quote and not cancelling it, that they would not do buisness with me because of an outstanding balance due on that order that they threw away! OMG you have got to be kidding me! It was never offered as an option to take the incorrect order, even at a discount, payment was never asked. He said he would throw it away! And asked which order I wanted, I said the correct one, that was the end of it! Until today when they said I owed the money for the incorrect order which they threw away!!!

They have been doing the embroidery on my remodeling business apparel for a few years, from my shirts, sweat sirts, hat and a couple large ones on the back of my winter coats. Usually I supplied what I wanted embroidered except for the hats. There was one time they missed the thread colors on a specific color of shirt. I called up and talked to Ace. When I brought them back, they made it right with new shirts closely resembling what I supplied and even gave me the messed up ones back. They weren't too messed up that they were not any good. They just didn't pop like they should. It was a fast turnaround for the corrected ones. I have been more than satisfied with their service. Apparently a lot if others think the same or they wouldn't be so busy and moved to expand.
