I’m required to use them for my franchised stores and they are the worst vendor I’ve ever dealt with. They shipped the monitor mounts to the wrong location, they got stolen, they said they would bring them when they come back. They shipped them again instead then tried to bill me again for them. The installer took his sweet time to drag out his hourly I’m assuming, and then when I tired to pay Bob sabo, my contact, complete ignored me until I had to submit paperwork for my second location where he then threatened me to pay or he wouldn’t give me the subscriptions for my new store. I paid, then they said the payment declined (it didn’t) and I am still waiting now almost a week since paying for my menu boards, with an open store. If you can avoid them do so they have no communication and terrible business practices.

I would stay away from this company, They use to be good, Now they can not even send an email or get back to us, I have requested a call since 2018 sill waiting. they where not bad at one time!!! The billing is outrages. For any small company this is out of that range for us to pay monthly. at one time this was cost effective. But now it looks like we will have to work with a new vendor.

Thanks for the response, That was quick, Kevin has NOT called me back from the first call. He could not tell me one thing about the account, He would have to check into this, Still waiting this call back. I have no emails from him direct, You keep emailing our accounting that has the email response with my Direct email for Kevin to respond. Please forward the response form Kevin? We understand currency, That's not the factor, You over bill.

We already used Spectrio back when they were called Impressions On Hold, and they have been awesome. I like the speed of how fast they respond to script changes, I like the reminders that it is time to update our on-hold message and their customer service is top notch. Our relationship has lasted over 20-years and we consider them a big part of our marketing campaign by allowing us to put our message out to our clients.

I just signed up our company for on call messaging service. I interviewed few other companies before Spectrio. I liked their competitive pricing and selection of their products but what set them apart from other companies for me was the outstanding customer service I received from Kevin Reardon. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to educate me about the product we were about to purchase and provided me with his direct contact in case in the transition process I needed immediate assistance. Being a business owner I know how your employees can make it or break for you and for sure Spectrio is lucky to have Kevin on board.

Horrible service! We needed to update our player so they sent us a new one. That player didn't work, so they sent a second one. The second player has not worked either, so we started trouble shooting cords, connections, etc. It's been about a month now and we still don't have a working system. When I call to get support, they have marked the case as closed so we have to start a new case. I'm now on my 4th case # and the system still does not work. So frustrated. I will not be renewing the contract.
