The owner was very professional and polite. Grabbed some nicely priced items. Grabbed a jacket while in Famu's bookstore and took it over to Kenny Tees for last minute embroidery! He and his staff understood the assignment! And got me hooked up on last minutes notice. Already alerted my daughter and friends about this shop and I will be back to support this black owned business.

After waiting weeks for a quote from another company to learn that their prices were so far out of my budget, I leaned on Kenny Tees for a big order at a quick turnaround. I was very impressed with their customer service - nicest folks! They were very helpful when it came to choosing products and making designs. They even made suggestions that would SAVE us money. Our order was completed on time (whole process was less than 10 days) with no problems! Highly recommend! I'll be coming back to them for all my shirt orders for all the organizations I work with!

I walked into the wrong door and a woman inside directed me to the other side of the store. I stood on the other side of the store for 10 minutes waiting on help. She never greeted me and never said someone would assist me, It wasn’t until a very nice man came out of the back and asked her to help me that I received assistance. I was taken aback because the store was empty and she knew I was in there waiting for help. It was a disappointing experience and I decided to go with another company for my order.

An order was placed for (8) lawn signs made of plastic cardboard. However a couple of days later, after the signs were picked up, (3) of (8) signs had letters that were smeared because the signs were stacked on top of one another, in-turn, they were not presentable to use for our advertising purposes in the time frame we available in using the signs.
I would like to recommend when you order this type of material for your sign(s) from Kenny's Tees, make sure you request that the ink has set/dried and to request that a thin piece of tissue paper (the same size as the sign) be placed in between each sign. This should ensure that the signs won't stick together and letters should not smear.
Nonetheless, Kenny's Tees service was great. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about their product, and we did receive our product on the day as promised. I would use Kenny's Tees again.

I wish I could give them 10. They are great. for my birthday I wanted a crown on my shirt and they said they couldn't do and then they got it done, if you want your shirt don't go to Kenny Tees
