They are also known as “PATCHES4LESS”
I have ordered many custom items over the years and always worked with amazing companies from overseas- i decided this time to not only use a “made in America” company but one from Ocala Florida- I was so excited called to discuss my patch- then a second time and spoke with Tim- both times they were looking at my patch as they spoke to me so yes - they too looked at the proof and said nothing to me- I mentioned what I wanted it to say and its purpose for first responders and again they said nothing but to approve. So that’s what I did- I admit that I could not really make out the words on the screen and at times with English being my second language I can make mistakes- but I TRUSTED that since I talked to TWO people who all knew what it should say that if there was an error they would say something! Now why did I trust them? Because every time I have custom ordered something from one of the overseas vendors they have contacted me to confirm things with me when they noticed something seemed off- like a word- I believed (wrongly) that the same would be true here- but they don’t care about work product, they are ok with letting you fail or with allowing mistakes because it’s a way to make more money -100 useless patches- the patch should be Courage- not corage. “Courage is asking for help” - so I reached out got an email from Tim- one of the people I spoke with- all he said was you approved the proof your fault but will give you 40% discount to redo the patches- making them REALLY expensive. Their social media person-very nice- apparently doesn’t work at the place just manages the social media- they apologized, told me to “call asap” only to talk to Tim again- one of the least helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. He was very brisk and curt- didn’t care at all- he did admit that they had seen the error several times and that they did know what it should say but that is my issue, he said the 40% off is because they did see the error and never said anything. So he admitted to seeing the error, not saying anything and just printing the patches- knowing they would be useless but probably also knowing he could get another order out of me for “replacements”
I was so so so excited for these and telling everyone about them. But I learned the importance of picking the right partner- the right company- the right team.
You see when you pick you either pick someone that wants to see you succeed- someone that will work with you to create a vision, that Invests in and cares about their work product and your vision- now you might say “you don’t pay them to care” and you’re right we don’t- but there are a ton of companies out there that DO care- that do want to create an amazing work product.
Or you choose those who are willing to see you fail and profit from it. Company’s and people that see the mistakes but won’t speak up- that see misprints but stay silent- not only because they don’t care but also because this may present an opportunity for them- be it to make more money off you- to take your spot or steal your Idea whatever it is-
So when choosing be careful make sure that you choose someone invested in your success not looking to profit from your failure.
I take full responsibility for my part I should never have trusted i should have asked for a clearer imagine- and it was a very expensive mistake. Now the I have 100 patches as a reminder why I never work with local companies- why patches4less/TJM promos doesn’t care about the customers success but will profit from their failure- I learned to never think anyone ESPECIALLY a company in a capitalist nation will have your back or care. And to NEVER trust that an employee actually cares about what they create for your they are no more than a machine - indifferent and paid to just be there- not care not want to create something people will enjoy.

TJM has always been an amazing company to use, but this last time I reached out to them about getting last minute promo items for our company anniversary they went above and beyond to make sure it happened. I had a rush order of 9 different patches in various quantities and the company I usually work with couldn't get what I needed in time. Tim was incredibly communicative and helpful every step of the way. I can't believe how fast they turned our order around - Three weeks ahead of my deadline! Everyone is very happy with how they turned out. TJM will be my go-to from now on.

We continually use TJM Promos for screen printing our t-shirts for our company as well as embroidered shirts, hats and more! Their work comes out great every time. Easy to communicate with and super friendly staff! We highly recommend!

This place is a joke. After being contacted that the shirts that were purchased did not match the proof what so ever that They sent they refused to take a look at the product in person. After we asked several times if we could stop by just to show them in person and compare to the proof sent to show they did not match. They then tried to say they were being threatened and if we showed up the police would be called. No one would pick up the phone and call it was all emails sent after 5pm. I don’t think they deserve the one star provided. Will never use their service again.

We have mainly ordered lapel pins and challenge coins from TJM for many months. They have always been a pleasure to work with and will go out of their away to get you quotes and service on what you need. We are looking to branch out in using them for additional items soon.

This is a real unethical company. I requested an order of 300 patches for my company. The first rendition, the product did not meet the quality standards I was expecting. I explained the issues, and they indicated that a larger size based will drastically improve the quality. Therefore, I proceeded with the larger based. That rendition was provided and it looked exactly like the first. Thus, I made a request for the refund of my deposit. At that point, I wast old that it would cost me $70 for the digitizing and the two horrible renditions. I respect the work of people, their time, and efforts but it was never communicated in writing or verbally that there was a fee of nearly half of my deposit for work. Furthermore, I requested those renditions since I had to pay, and I was told that I cannot have them because I did not complete the order. Beware of businesses that have practices of making up things without proper communications to their customers. Lastly, their work is subpar.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I can be a little bit high maintenance and ultra specific. The team at TJM went above and beyond for our business and made our vision come to life. Best customer service I've seen in a long time.
