Matt Buttner, the principal broker/owner at List Now Realty was instrumental in helping me sell my home. He answered all of my questions as a new seller patiently and went above and beyond what he advertises, and at no point did I feel that I needed a "full service" listing agent.

With List Now Realty, a flat fee agency, I retained 3% of the home sale that would normally have gone to a listing agent, and didn't have the hassle of having to work back and forth with numerous agents through a middle man. Matt was great and I highly recommend him.

Matt Buttner is really arrogant realtor. I saw his active listing and called to his office and talked to 2 ladies their, giving me his cell phone. I called him 5 times, left a voicemail and sent a text message no response. I assumed that he went on vacation on memorial weekend, on Tuesday I called back the office they said will note my info and tell him to call back. That is horrible service, wasting other clients time and did not even provide "fair respect" to all clients. They all deserve to get fair treatment. Worst of the worst communication and arrogance!

I listed our home For Sale by Owner and used List Now Realty to put our listing on the MLS. Matt was awesome! We showed our home the very first day. Within 2 weeks of putting a sign in our yard and within about 1 week on List Now Realty putting our home on the MLS, we had 2 offers and several others calling to request a backup opportunity. We closed our home very quickly, a cash deal. We are also renting our home back for 90 days to allow us time to find a new home. List Now Realty had contract forms, disclosure forms, addendum forms, and Post-Closing Occupancy forms that really helped a for Sale by Owner complete the paperwork as we did not not use a realtor nor did the buyer. Matt was very quick in replying to any questions I had. His website and the links made it very easy to add 50 photos and a link to our video. I will definitely recommend Matt and List Now Realty to anyone wishing to save realtor commissions and sell your home by yourself.

Matt Buttner, owner of List Now Realty did a Fantastic job for us. He saved us a lot of our Equity. His service was so much more than we expected. We sold our home in less than a month at $45,000 more than the traditional Realtors valued our home.and they wanted 5 to 6% of their price point.. We saved over $20,000 in Commissions and if you add the additional $45,000 money that we got by pricing our home where we really felt it should be. Add it up. We saved a boat load of $$$.
