As I'm reading other people's reviews it is reminding me of when I worked there and they asked me to give a 5 star review. Idk why I did and I regret it because that is not honest. The training on the phone system was great but the teaching of how to actually set appointments was almost non existent and I had no prior experience so I failed miserably. I remember finally making some progress with a few accounts and then them giving those accounts to someone else which was very frustrating. I've changed my review to match the sentiment of more recent reviews because clearly in 4 years nothing has changed
