I have used Postcard Mania a few timed now and find the staff there very friendly and knowledgeable. Of course, i want things done my way, with my design and my wording and of course my graphics. They take my suggestions and run with it. I have never been disappointed with their work. Allie and Becka have been great to work with.

I have been working with Postcard Mania for the past several years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Their customer service is top-notch, and they have a very helpful online portal to keep track of everything. Our account manager, Brooke, is amazing! She is always quick to respond and helps keep me on track and organized with the many campaigns we run. Highly recommend!

I will update my rating once and if things start operating the way that I was told they would when sold the service/mailers. I communicated exactly what I was looking for in my business marketing needs to Dash Davis and was sold a package that could achieve "all" my needs. Everything was supposed to operate smoothly and efficiently it has been nothing like what was communicated/sold to me. I've had to spend way more time having them secure/adjust my two farm market lists I wanted specific neighborhoods which I was told they could do but when they pulled the list it was just a radius their team pulled which was pieces of the neighborhood I wanted and neighborhoods I didn't want included MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE LISTS THEY PULL, they wanted to print all 6000 post card with the same holiday design to mail out at various times throughout year when I had made it clear there would be 3-4 separate mailings (quarterly mailer is about 1800 mailers) with different designs (my first design was a happy holiday design). I was also told I would receive ads via google and meta but then they couldn't connect meta since my account was meta verified (who's business isn't meta verified)? I was told to create new non verified META accounts to run/connect the meta ads for my mailer - not efficient. Only google ads ran on my 1st mailer. If your meta is verified you will NOT be able to use their marketing services which is not communicated when they preview their marketing ability. There are 3 people assigned to my account that do different things and already within 3 months there has been changes to the team so you have to re-explain myself spending additional time trying to restate what your vision is for your marketing from scratch which has caused more confusion and time delays. My experience has been frustrating, cumbersome and inefficient. Hoping things smooth themselves out with the next mailer or I'm requesting a refund for the remaining mailers and canceling. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SINGLE DESIGN THEY CAN SIMPLY MAIL THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU. However, if you want to change your design for each scheduled mailing this has NOT been a positive experience for me.

Postcard Mania have been amazing thus far. I’m still in the process of getting everything set up and ready to go but if the results are even half as good as their process and professionalism have been I will be thrilled. Great company and great people. Would highly recommend.

I just recently got a website done and Leigh Ann was AWESOME! Very responsive and helpful. We shared great tips together to make it happen to my liking. Didn't have no hesitation on fixing a few minor things that I needed changed and quick turn around as well. I have not yet begun my campaign BUT I have never had a better experience than with Irene creating and designing my A/B postcards. They look great and her patience with all of my changes, modifications, word options is appreciated. I will update this review once we have phenomenal results come in.
