Friendly, but I wouldn't recommend due to poor communication and high prices. They are not responding to calls or text messages. I asked for a quote to repair neon sigh when I dropped it off, I was told they would call me and let me know once they assess, but they never did call. I called a few times and texted, no response. I only got a picture of a fixed sign a week later with no explanation whatsoever. Even then when I asked how much I owed and when I can pick it up, no response again. I finally showed up at the shop, and got surprised by a 192$ bill!! Now, price for a new sign ranged 160-200$ depends where you buy it. I told them I wished they would have told me before because for that price I can get a new one. The owner responded they were busy and to make it up he lowered the price to 165$.
Botton line, I wouldn't recommend because of poor communication.

Bud & John (owners) are the best......they fixed my antique diner clock with neon ....I had it into their shop 10 years ago....they remembered the clock.....still had pictures of it.....they love my clock like I love my clock......their price is fair, and they know what they are doing...I highly recommend Suncoast Neon

WOW! Suncoast Neon is an absolute blast to be in; Neon Signs everywhere. They do their own work by hand, and you can see them actively at work.

I came to Bud with a unique broken neon light, and he was quickly able to assess if it was fixable/replaceable. He gave us a very reasonable time window, despite his busy schedule.

I’ve never seen an Artisan like bud in America, and it made me really happy to meet someone so talented, so creative, and so hard working.

Wonderful and highly professional people. They were able to repair my sign while I waited for what I consider a very reasonable price. Plus it was fun looking at all the signs around the shop while I waited. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of neon repairs.

Our experience with Suncoast Neon was better than we could have imagined. They are so knowledgeable and skilled, truly experts in their craft. I don’t know what we would have done with our LED sign had they not fixed it- no one else would touch it or knew what to do. Suncoast Neón fixed a broken LED sign for us and worked so hard to make it work again. They took their time with our sign and were careful and meticulous. They do things the RIGHT way. They ordered special tools to fix it. When we went to pick up the sign and take it home, we realized we had the wrong adapter at home, and they offered to let us borrow their adapter so we could have the sign displayed at an event the next day. They are so friendly and kind, but also very professional experts.
