I had my website up for one year. After deciding to leave the industry I was in I no longer needed the website up and running. There was no notice of renewal, but as soon as it did renew I reached out to Rob and requested a refund but was never emailed back until almost 30 days later. Rob via email states he was going to speak with GoDaddy about and I never heard back. 4 months later i am still trying to get Rob to respond. He tells me I am S.O.L and I did not give him the proper notice. Not what I was expecting from a fellow Vet.
