Although hard to find, we’re always looking for good tasty fish ‘n’ chips with a airy, fluffy crunchy batter, and Dargans was the perfect dish. The best we have had in years! Was a lovely day to sit outside on the patio with we had quick friendly service. The inside atmosphere looks like an authentic Irish pub that I would go back for a pint or two was one day.

We had a wonderful lunch. I had the fisherman’s platter and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. My wife loved the bangers and mash. I had a great dark beer and she had wine. Our server was excellent and took really good care of us. It’s worth driving out of your way to eat there. Prices are very affordable too

Fab food along with a great atmosphere and service. Earlier in the evening, the mature crowd is dining. Later, the 20 somethings stroll in. Great mix of people. The music played is eclectic and engaging. What more could one ask for?

The menu leans towards comfort food options like lamb stew or fish & chips. But everything is made with a level of care and attention to detail that elevates it to the next level. How do you know when the kitchen is putting 100% into every plate? When the plain mashed potatoes come out so rich, so smooth, so well seasoned that you feel like you could have just ordered a bowl of potatoes and been satisfied.

The dining room has great atmosphere. A full bar in the back but the booths still feel private, a good place to spend time with friends.

This is by far the tastiest Chicken Pot pie 🥧 I've ever ordered. Wonderfully toasty, and the filling was so rich and full of flavor. My favorite part was the delicate buttery flaky top crust!!!

Love it here. Always great service, the food is consistently good and the location is great for a walk through downtown after dinner. That's dinnertime. If you're looking for a a livelier way to spend your time swing by for great people, music and cocktails and party it up!

Stopped by with some friends for a drink and was impressed with the whiskey selection! I started with a couple of Black and Tans as well as a Connemara and had some fish and chips and split a round of potato skins with my table. Our server was an awesome person! She was friendly, cheerful and worked very quickly despite our group size of 13. I will definitely be back to try some more of the meals and beer selection.
