They do not pay their vendors!! They do not return calls or respond to emails. Aaron approved the quote we sent to him (in writing) and we completed the work in November. We still, as of today, (2/25/2025) have not been paid.
However, we have filed a lien on the property where work was rendered. They'll have to take that up with their customer. I will foreclose if necessary. Looks like the jokes on them.

We performed work for Perspective 1 using their facility maintenance division at an Outback Steakhouse and it's been OVER 90 DAYS and we still have not been paid. I have sent over 50 emails and have left the same number of voice mails and no one is getting back to me. If you do work for this company, DO NOT BILL THEM. Get paid up front!

We have had the worst luck getting payment from this company. We performed work for them at a local O'Reilly Auto Parts store and suddenly our contact email is getting sent back to us. I do not suggest doing business with them.

Completely unprofessional. If I could have given them a 0 star I would have. No one will return any calls or emails, overdue payments from 4 weeks ago, and in general awful customer service. We will never do any work for this company again.

They do not pay vendors, call you back, or help you. We are owed 7,000 for work completed, but they will not pay. Based on prior reviews, this makes sense. DOES NOT PAY VENDORS!!!! BEWARE

They have been the worst company that I have ever dealt with since I have been in business. They do not answer phone calls. It has been well over four months and they still have not paid their bill. I would definitely never recommend this company for anything how they do business is atrocious and it’s a shame

Heather is a great sales person , unfortunately she falls short in follow up and job completion . We have spent in excess of $700, 000. To 3/4 of Million Dollars in renovation to our home in Dunedin , Fl and sadly Heather has not and will not complete the work and job . Heather seems to have left a trail of Subs that will not re work with her for what ever reason . I have ask numerous times for the sub contact to get the job completed my self and she refuses to give us that info . Totally unprofessional and disappointing when we spent so much with her. We have left numerous messages to please complete our job and final punch list and it appears because there is no more new work we seem to fall to the bottom with no response or Action .
