I was dumb enough to leave a returned shirt with them, only with the promise of a refund. Unfortunately they took advantage of that trust and it looks like Im out $35. Not a business/owner that has ethics.

We got our company shirts done here, and when I tell you it was the most unorganized chaos we’ve ever experienced I’m not joking.

We made a SMALL order of less than 10 shirts. Very simple, nothing complicated.

Took over a month and a half, and the best part? When they finally WERE finished nobody reached out to us. I just had to keep calling, then some lady answered and said “oh yeah, they’ve been finished sorry”….

I’ve waited to leave this review because I wanted to see if by chance this was standard for the industry. And now after switching to another company I can tell you it is NOT standard.

Something needs to change or you guys are going to keep losing business.

Ordered shirts and made adjustment on size well before the deadline (and only made adjustment after employee told me they hadn’t even started the order) and shirts did not arrive on time and then staff including owner was incredibly rude, unapologetic and tried blaming the size adjustment. Meanwhile another order I placed same day arrived. Looks more like they made the order incorrectly or forgot about it and tried blanking the size modification. Extremely poor customer service

These people are horrible!!!!!!!!!! omg! SOOOO unorganized no one knows whats going on they tell you one thing over the phone you get there and its the opposite! i drove from north side to get shirts for my daughters team and the art work was super sloppy and the shirts were not even what we ordered they traded it out for some cheaper brand.NEVER AGAIN!!!

It only took 4 months to get 4 embroidered hats for me and my guys. It seems the small orders get lost in the shuffle here.

This is the place to go for all your printing and embroidery needs. The owner and his staff a very friendly. They are quick to turn out a product. Have went there several times, and for the smaller jobs, like and embroidered logo on a shirt or hat, they just have me wait and they don't right then. They are also cheaper than the other competitors. Thanks Shirt Shack, you're my go-to!

Doug with Shirt Shack and his company are amazing! We have been ordering all of our business work uniform shirts through Doug for over 10 years. Our business and personal shirts look great and are very durable. I have also brought my kid's school uniform shirts to Doug to have the emblems embroidered.
