Love this place! The fact that they are QUICK, quick, qwik, is great but when you add their professionalism and family owned traits in there, you get 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service. Keep up the smiles and keep down the prices if/when in your control! I’ll be back!

Stopped by today to have some documents faxed, and others to be scanned to my computer. when I entered the store, a young man and a older man was in the store. I said good afternoon, and told the young man what I was there for while I put the packages together. While I was putting the package together, he walked away to the side, as if I was not there, on his phone, so I asked him if he was ready. He said he had asked me something, and I did not respond. I am there to do business, and if he had asked me a question, and I heard him, I certainly would have respond. He came off argumentative, and rude, so I said it was okay, and I left the store. I specifically chose to go to the store because it is a Black owned small business. It is unfortunate, that we try to support our own, and our own do not know how to treat their customers. Getting customers, may not be a problem for this business. It is keeping them. I went to the UPS store on Malabar Road, and got a total different reception. at least 4 customers were ahead of me. Everyone was greeted and treated professionally. With due respect to Black owned business, we are quick to point out how we are badly treated, and not supported, but we aren't receptive to good business ethics, and practice. Until Black Owned Businesses respect their customers, and offer good customer service, it will always struggle to maintain. We do it to ourselves.

I can’t say enough about this place! I find it difficult for anyone to not like these amazing people. It’s like a little hidden gem. I had a wonderful experience visiting this location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others!

I'm brand new to the area and as an online seller, needed to find a shipping store ASAP! I noticed there isnt a lot of shipping depots in the area so I decided to check this place out. SO glad I did as I was taken care of quickly! Just as I was leaving, I noticed they had a ton of discounted items/goods you'd find at target or Amazon and also had a free/$1 section. The owner/manager? Came over and and was very friendly and said I could choose something from their large table of goods, for half off! I ended up getting my son, whose disabled, a large pack of sensory toys for FREE!! Definitely coming back here for all my shipping needs and would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!!!

Great little family run business. Always very polite and helpful when I go in. Sometimes it’s to use their color laser printer or to pick up from one of their mailboxes (I use a private mailbox for my business). It’s a great location for a mail store too since the alternative is driving all the way to Malabar road.

Qwik Pack & Ship in Bayside Lakes is my #1 and only go to place.
Their customer service is first class! I do all my business there. I have them pack and mail all my packages. I also use them to print and fax all my documents. They print all my pictures there and they even have notary services. Lottery tickets are sold here and they have some in store unique items for sale at bargain prices.
Paul ,Watson and Kem are always so very helpful they make my life easier when I walk in the door!
This is a family owned and operated establishment.
