I have been working with RPG for coming up on a year now. Im the Sales Manager for Sunlight Solar, an installer of PV Panels. Before coming to work for Sunlight ive been in the solar industry since 2016 working in in-home direct sales. Sunlight reaches out to me an my partner to help the start a in house sales team and with such a huge demand for residential solar we needed to find more ways of reaching & servicing more homeowners. We hired & fired a few different agencies in the few years since working at Sunlight.

As a family owned company, word of mouth and maintaining a great reputation is VERY important to us! We had gone through Many candidates, many hours, days, weeks & even months to find those good couple of hard working/dedicated individuals. It was exhausting!! Never really finding the quality & quantity of candidates that we needed in order to properly educate & help our customers...

I found out about RPG through a college of mine that also worked in the sales industry. He told me how much they had grown through the candidates RPG recruited. I set up a call with them and spoke with a gentleman named Mark. We talked in depth about what we were looking for. I could tell right off the bat that these guys were sharp! I found a different level of service that I hadn't experienced with previous recruiting companies. They asked about our goals and values as a company and really dug into what type of candidates we were looking for. They combined our ideas with their perspectives & expertise and came up with a well calculated and specific job offer!! There was definitely a higher level of care/concern/service I experienced with these guys!

I stopped getting candidates that seemed to be just looking for a paycheck, I was no longer interviewing with people who just didn't seem to care or have no ambition whatsoever or just your typical candidate who just needed a job cause his parents were forcing him to move out..

We finally started getting higher caliber individuals who were goal oriented, well spoken and motivated! Our office has more than double over this past year and I'm just being conservative! We started with just a handful of sales reps and are now running meetings with teams of high level employees who have helped us reach more customers and grow as a company!

We are very grateful to have worked with these guys, I honestly can't express how truly grateful we really are! We now have a foundation of motivated & driven reps with a core group of leaders who help the new guys coming in, that have shown us ways to improve & strive to do better than before! Our culture & atmosphere is great and I'm looking forward to our continued growth 🙌 👏

I’m really disappointed from my experience with this company. Today I had a job interview for a marketing position. I did apply for the position online. The job description on the website was not very clear. They have my resume. When I went for the interview I had to wait 30 minutes until it was my time but I understand how companies can get busy when they have back to back job interviews. My disappointment was when I went in for the interview they asked me to be a promoter for one of the clients at a stand at some event. I told the lady I interviewed did you ever check my resume. I have more than eight years of marketing experience and I cofounded a company and I also have 10 years of experience in sales and business development. I am not looking for promoters because I used to hire college students to become promoters for my clients.
What a waste of my time!
This is deceiving and in respectful for people applying for jobs at this company.
