It’s hard to understand how this business has a perfect five-star rating. While their work is undeniably solid, the customer experience leaves much to be desired. The owner, in particular, seems to approach interactions with an air of superiority, dismissing concerns as though the customer is always at fault. It’s a frustrating dynamic, especially when you try to address something and are met with defensiveness rather than solutions.

I’ll give credit where it’s due—their marketing is impressive, and the quality of their work matches the hype. But customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately, that’s where they completely fall short. It’s disappointing because the potential is there, but dealing with the owner’s attitude makes the entire process more frustrating than it should be. For now, I’ll leave it at that, but suffice it to say, the experience was more aggravating than enjoyable.

Really cool people at Rewired!
