I wish I could give BizIQ zero stars. After canceling my services with them, I was shocked to see that they continued to withdraw money from my account. It feels like they just don't care about their customers. They promised me $899 per month for marketing services after seeing their Facebook ad, but I ended up shelling out a staggering $5,000 a month! Talk about a bait and switch!

Despite investing over $30,000 with them, I saw absolutely no return on investment. Not a single thing was done to help with my marketing, and I genuinely feel like I was taken for a ride. It’s disheartening to see so many glowing reviews for BizIQ; I suspect most of them are fake.

If you’re considering BizIQ for your business, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save your money and sanity. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

I actually took a cold call from BizIQ several years ago (very unlike me) and ended up subscribing to the service. BizIQ has surpassed my expectations in every way. They were very thorough in getting things set up, and I learned a lot about SEOs. Every staff member I've worked with has been wonderful, my apologies I don't remember all the names. Nohadra has been with us for the past couple of years and she has been stellar. Punctual for calls, prompt replies to emails and for postings. Great suggestions. Our online traffic has improved greatly and that has driven increased sales and leads. We're a company that spends very little on advertising and the money we've spent with BizIQ was worth it.
