Signed up for the how to make a bag template course however he was not prepared for the class and rambled the entire time. No solid information was given. No design technique were taught, only information you can Google, and or find on TikTok He also promised us a part two the following week because he also knew that he failed to deliver, and never communicated anything else to us. Very disappointing, lately these courses and insta famous “influencers” have become the new scam artist. Very ghetto.

Deliver a very poor product, refuse to communicate anything other than email even though they don’t read anything you send them, and then to top it all off after I was displeased with their order, they refused to refund it. Now years later, I still continue to get emails from this person and they refuse to take me off of their mailing list, why won’t you just go away? I will never use your service ever again.

We contacted Casey Diggs/CTD Graphicx to create a few social media ads for us. We had to call or email him daily to get the 1st draft. When he sent it to us, it was of poor quality. We requested revisions. Again, we had to contact him daily via calls or email to get the revisions but still have not received them.

He failed to deliver the final completed work and refuses to provide us with a refund. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience.

Note: His business is registered in Tampa but he's now operating in Atlanta, Georgia. Avoid doing business with him at all costs.
