So I had me 2023 Nauticstar 231 hybrid wrapped by them. I asked them three different occasions to not destroy the chrome lettering on the side, to remove them and save them for me, so if I ever sold the boat I could make it original again. I get the boat back with no letters. Called them later to retrieve the letter for them and they told me that they were “old and broke on removal” which doesn’t make sense being the boats brand new. But that’s just the start, they also took my boat, attached it to there truck and drove it 25mins away, not even hooked up to the truck properly at that bc I had the attachments to make it attach to a pick up bc the trailer has breaks. So not only did they mess up my letter, they also drove my $130,000 boat to another city to put the wrap on. They never even told me they were taking it anywhere. They had to call me and say they took it somewhere else bc they didn’t have the skills to back to boat into the garage they were trying to fit it into. I showed up and they were inches from slamming the boat into the wall to the point I told them get out of the truck I’ll back It up for y’all. And the wrap also came off 4 weeks later and had to have it redone by someone else. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone to even put a sticker on the back of a window.
