I had some good experiences with them since 2022 but the last year or so, they send me quite a few emails but usually don't respond, and on the rare occasion they do, they don't follow up to completion. It's a shame since they are good people with a good mission (the reason I gave 3 stars and not 2). I've even tried following up with Heather directly via email and FB with no response. They did of course send me another automated offer today, but I didn't respond since they haven't followed through on my previous responses. I'm trying to give them a chance.

Not a fan of leaving reviews at all before, but I would make an exception for this one. Don't have idea what pr was and how they could make my business known to people. Not until we decided to have PFG handle all our exposures, specially Heather. I love how transparent they are, very detailed in every step. Of course the growth in popularity and social impact is not lightning fast, it always takes process, and they never failed me and my team. Now our media exposure and guesting are lining up, that is something we haven't experienced before.
