I can’t say enough good things about Kay’s Tour and Cruise. The trips taken with them are always excellent. The accommodations, flights and tours and trip activities are exciting and interesting One of my favorite memories of their outstanding customer care was a trip to Alaska with flight departures from Orlando for our group. We arrived at the airport to learn our flight was canceled due to bad weather. Linda somehow managed to get us all separate flights which enabled us to meet our cruise ship on time and with all of our luggage. Amazing!!! I would give them 5 stars!!!

If I could give them a minus zero, I would. This company is not worth your time. Linda was our agent for a group cruise and has dropped the ball EVERY TIME we needed her. If you want someone to book a cruise and do nothing else, this is who you want to book with. If you need help with the cruise, go somewhere else. I have had to ask another travel agent for help since this company is useless. No help with travel insurance, excursions or anything else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!
