Absolutely incredible. I just bought a car and it was in very rough shape. Came to see Tito, and he was very respectful, and within an hour, my car was unrecognizable!!! He did AMAZING!!!!!

We have always took our cars here, never had a problem until couple weeks ago we decided to take my moms 2023 tahoe, well when my mom picked it up she noticed it was scratched up. I’m getting when they were trying to clean it. What really has all of us pissed off is that her origanl vinyl mats that were on her Tahoe were missing. Now I called up there and they told me they were going to call the shop. WELL never heard back from them. I even texted me again asking if we could get our mats back. AND NOTHING. Well no be bringing my cars here again or my friends. This is ridiculous like really some mats. Cool maybe yall forgot to put them back. Yall could’ve sat them aside for us to call and claim them but no. Nothing. can’t trust none of this places in lake city.

I asked for a detailed cleaning and was disappointed to see that my car was still dirty with food crumbs, the side doors were still scuffed and dirty and the middle compartment was dirty and not touched. They charged me for an “interior cleaning” instead of detail which would have been $75. Even when I asked them to touch up the rough spots the car was still not completely clean. Will not be coming back here.

Me, my mom, my daughter and several coworkers use Sheppard's and they have always been amazing! My mom now lives in TN and anytime she visits she has her car detailed by them before she leaves. They are human so they have missed a cup holder here and there but if you tell them they are very polite about it and make it right. Absolutely recommend!!
