I'm very frustrated at my experience with Peacock lately to say the least. We have been ordering our uniforms from them for many years. The ordering process was smooth but it took my shirts 5 weeks to be ready vs the 10 business days that I was originally told. When I finally went to pick my order up, it was incomplete. Their staff is also not good at communicating with their customers regarding order status, especially when it is significantly delayed. It gives me the impression that they are very disorganized.

We are a new customer with Peacock Branding and unfortunately most of our request are last minute needed immediately. Holly is awesome, she always has a smile you can hear in her voice and happy to help with our many request and changes. I needed about 17 shirts embroidered and ready by the end of the week. Only catch is 4 shirts arrived Monday, 3 dropped off Tuesday, 4 delivered on Wednesday and 4 more dropped off later that day. 2 additional delivered Friday morning and they still were able to get everything completed for us before end of day. Pricing is very reasonable and expedite fee is much lower than you would see with other companies. We will definitely use their services again and again!! I would recommend their services to everyone.

Absolutely the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order and delivered them the embroidery files and they kept me waiting for a "call back" for over two weeks. Every time I called, their vice-president, Giancarlo, was too busy to take my call and answer questions about why my order was taking so much longer than they said it would. When I finally got a hold of someone, they tried to tell me that my design was thousands of more stitches than what I knew that it was (two weeks in and they hadn't even started). When I called out their lie to try and charge me more, they quickly changed their tone and gave me a new correct price.. So I decided to go with another rival company in the area and the service I received from them was fantastic and professional, unlike Peacock Embroidery. I would honestly give Peacock LESS stars if I could.
