Diaz Cooper Advertising enhance Silver Airways' online digital strategy. Shortly after joining us as our agency of record, they redefined our KPIs to maximize our Marketing budget. They were able to take what we were currently doing, transition over immediately and throughout 90 days streamlined our creative and increased our revenue across all of our tactics while reducing our CPA. They demonstrated how some of our previous strategies were wasting our budget and helped reposition our brand. Even though our Marketing department's budget was reduced by over 50%, we maximized ROI performance and surpassed the previous 3 years' goals. Some additional accomplishments:
1. Decreased Cost per Acquisition (CPA) by over 59% YoY
