Wow my first ever review. You should feel honored lol. Anyways I just got kicked out of the onboarding interview just a second ago. i will first tell you how i was recruited. Forgive me if my typing skills are not up to par. anyways,my friend was emailed this flyer. He and i both thought it would be a good opportunity so we both signed up. I was contacted almost the next day. The dude called me and was like yeah i see your application, so we have to schedule you for your Interview as immediately as possible. so the time he chose was 5:15pm. I asked him if i could schedule it at another time the next day because that was not an optimal choice. He said no, the "recruiters" were hiring urgently and they only could meet with me at that time. Almost implying that if i said no to that specific time, I would have been kicked out of the opportunity. But i still take full responsibility for saying yes, im not that gullible. but i probably did feel a sort of strange feeling. Anyways, so now im 10 mins away from 5:15, and i decide to look into who the interview is actually for. im seeing all types of scam likely signs, then i look at the reviews and see Jacob Knox's review. Then the alarm starts going off and i feel uneasy. But i still decide to attend the interview. Then i get there, and i realize its not a 1 on 1 interview. More like 1 person talking to a "group". but honestly I'm not sure how many people were or were not there. It wasn't even a zoom call. it was another website they sent you too. it was weird immediately. Especially after just seeing the report Jacob made. anyways, i wasn't even made aware that the attire was supposed to be business casual. So i show up on camera wearing a beater. guys at first i didn't even think the dude could see me. He was asking questions like raise your hand if this and that, but i didn't even have my camera on yet and he was saying good good. like i had moved. So i thought it wasnt live. but the dude messages me and says he's giving me 5 minutes coutersy to change to the proper attire. As soon as he messages me. I take my chance and i message him back. I ask him about how much the pay is, as in if it is 20 dollars and hour or "20" like they kept saying. That means that wear are getting 20 per sale or something like that. yall saw how he can respond to me about changing , but he ignored every last letter i typed about what i just said. then i type again, could you please answer my question.nope, just ignored them. he went back to the interview. But He started talking about catco, some random company. and how they have a random item in everyones home. Anyways, at this point i had my pen and pad out because i wanted to learn more. but i figured he would kick me at some point. He had dodged all of my questions. and i was kicked out.

anyways i said all that to say that there definitely is misinformation in the recruiting process. Any soul should not be mislead in anyway, which is why i typed this. the interview is not 1 on 1, it is a bigger deal than you think just comming into it. Dont be fooled. be aware. that is all folks. Have a nice day.
