We discovered IML at a conference in Orlando last year that they were speaking at. We ended up asking a lot of questions and talking with Bill for a while. When we got back we decided we wanted to open up some conversations and see what we could find out. The knowledge of everything related to google is outstanding. He is able to answer any question we send over to him in a quick timely manner, and the best part is he always has factual reasons to back up his statements.
