Extremely poor experience with Green Arrow. The quality was very amateur, I showed a few other marketing agencies and they couldn’t believe how much I payed for 3-30 second videos. They said it looked like a slideshow, and every video was overexposed. The photoshoot was also amateur, didn’t end up using a single photo for my website. Definitely not worth the thousands of dollars I payed. Not only is the quality bad, but it took a couple of months to get these amateur edits back from them.

They agreed to resize my videos in order for me not to write a negative review, but it’s now been a month and still no videos. They say the person working on it has covid, but something like resizing a video should take a couple hours if that. If she has covid, have another employee or intern work on it. Very unprofessional, full of excuses, I would stay far away.
